What You’ll Do
- Generate new business by developing and expanding a client base.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate the recruitment and hiring process.
- Track and report key hiring and business development metrics.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure contracts with Government (Provincial & Federal), hospitals, long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospices, and other care providers across Ontario.
- Travel across Canada to meet prospective clients, conduct site visits, and attend meetings.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all agreements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver smooth onboarding and staffing.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to expand market presence.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contracts, and client interactions.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Healthcare Business Development with a proven record of billing.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%).
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and goal-driven with a hunter’s mindset.
