HeadHunting Inc is growing and currently have a need for a Account Executive - Sales Hunter.
We are looking for an Account Executive to tell our story to employers. As an AE, you’ll drive sales strategy and success for the employer-side of our marketplace. We are a lean organization that requires someone to be driven, hungry to learn, confident on the phone, and take pride in the details of their work.
You’ll be tasked with conducting outreach with hiring managers, HR and CEOs of companies within Canada and the US.
Our new Account Executive ideally has:
- Previous sales experience (preferably within Healthcare Staffing)
- Experience working with small, medium and large-enterprise clients
- Dedication to solve problems, share ideas, and lead with creativity
- Excited to expand an already successful and fast-growing healthcare staffing client base and wear many hats
- Passionate about the recruitment practices and the future of hiring (preferably with own ideas)
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare recruitment (bonus)
You will succeed in this role if you:
- Are comfortable on phone/video doing presentations
- Are eager to create new opportunities and ask questions
- Can handle outbound activities (primary) and inbound leads (secondary)
- Enjoy making quality and strategic cold/warm calls/emails
- Are excited to conduct 1:1 discovery and sales calls, and lead demos
- Can use CRM to track all sales activities (HubSpot)
- Want to build strong relationships
